My therapist was very friendly and sweet, and he did a great job, but didn't really speak English, which is a problem when you need to communicate something (and vice versa). He cut my nails too short and in the wrong shape, which isn't the end of the world, but if we'd been able to understand each other, there wouldn't have been an issue.
