It’s my third visit to this nail salon. Price is good. The quality is also not bad. However, they are very rough to my nails compared to other salons. For example, the technician was very impatient and didn’t let the gel remover stay on my nails for a bit longer and simply stretched them in a very harsh way to remove them. Also, Katie was relatively impolite. I said thank you to her at the end even I was not 100% happy with the service. She didn’t even look at me. The owner instead responded.
