The place has recently changed ownership and sadly the experience was not as good as before. On the day, I was told the tech I booked for wasn’t in and someone else would do my nails. Although they did a nice job, the atmosphere and cleanliness at the venue had also gone down slightly, and I didn’t appreciate not being told in advance about the change in who would be doing my mani. I was also not informed until when the product was being applied that a different BIAB was now used.
