Incredibly unwelcoming vibe and poor customer service from the management which then trickles down to the staff working there. Unfortunately the salon is not what it used to be, will not be returning anytime soon.

Had 3 people doing my nails one after another. Did not feel like customer service was prioritised even though there were more staff than clients. The drill had grazed my cuticles and outside of my nail area more times than I could count. Lack of attentiveness. My appointment was advertised as 30 minutes and was just under an hour. The professionalism and atmosphere just wasn’t there. Acrylic take off was a shambles, shouldn’t be advertised if there is a lack of experience and/or knowledge.

Booking wasnt honoured, I was told that they were closed for a private event and had texted me to let me know. I didnt get the text but arrived to be shooed away. Look I get it that there was a mix up, that is life, what was really poor was that there was zero apology, empathy or care given to my predicament. The lady was rather full of attitude with not a word of apology towards me for the mix up. How you treat your customers,your potential customers, says everything about you as a business

Staff and venue were really welcoming. Unfortunately two of the BIAB nails came off within three days of the treatment .

As soon as I walked in she washed my hair, There was no consulting about the hair cut I wanted, or the type of hair I have, she just washed it immediately and she barely spoke to me and the cut was uneven. I was really disappointed with the level of service
