First of all, the manicure was not done by the person I originally booked the appointment with. Someone else did it instead—a very polite and kind young person. I’m giving two stars solely for his effort and kindness.
However, my cuticles were not properly cleaned, and the service I received was something I could have easily done at home. I also didn’t see any indication of where the manicure tools were sterilised.
