Had a very bad experience here, I asked at least 4 times for acrylic extensions and he proceeded to cut my natural nails super short (without asking) and did an acrylic powder over the top. This meant the length was much shorter than I originally wanted, I also had to ask multiple times for him to adjust the length as they were not even in shape or size. I left very disappointed I had nail varnish and patches of acrylic powder all round my nails which I had to scrub off when I got home.
