I turned up 5 mins early to the salon, and was shown upstairs to the seating area. The heating had not been on so it was very cold, added to that I was offered a cup of tea and this did not materialise for at least 40 minutes due to the fact there was problems with the electrics. After a quick discussion, it seems the Gel Nail Extensions I thought I had purchased through Treatwell, I had not (this despite it quite clearly saying Gel Nail Extensions on my booking sheet) and due to the fact Magdelena was fully booked for the day she was unable to make any changes to her appointments. We decided that as I was going abroad the every next day I'd go for the gel nails. As I've never had Gel nails before I was very pleased with the outcome (this despite wanting extra long extensions). I chose a french polish look, the nails are 2 weeks old today and still look fantastic. Magdalena was friendly, courteous and very professional.

I've ever written a review before, but Magdalena was amazing, so I had to! Her attention to detail was on point, I have never gotten nail extensions looking this natural. There were a few mishaps in the process, e.g. the gel not drying under the UV properly (twice), but she never lost patience and did it with care each time. I will definitely be returning! I've told all my friends about her already, which is not something I usually do as well. She's worth it though, every last penny.

Honestly and with full heart I can recommend Manicure in Magda! Magda care about the safety of the customer, using the highest quality disinfectants. All tools are sterilized in autoclave, and after sterilization it is only opened at the client. Manicure is always perfect, and in addition my nail care therapy works miracles. The prices of services and hours of work are very attractive and the atmosphere of the treatment is carried out in a very pleasant atmosphere. It's worth half the city to get here! My place 1 in Edinburgh :)
