I arrived at the venue with my daughter at 10 A.M. the time of our appointment. Nadia was not present at the shop. And the lady who was there seemed completely unaware of my daughter’s booking. She made several attempts to call Nadia to find out where she was. Then she eventually got hold of her and I left me daughter (teenager) in the store to collect at the end. Upon collection, my daughters hair was already frizzy and it was not Nadia who had cut her hair. The cut is terrible and uneven.

This was one of the best salon experiences I have had. As a natural hair girly my stylist was so careful with how she manoeuvred my hair. She took extra care and sectioned my hair when blow drying.
