I’ve picked the skin around my nails for as long as I can remember and want to stop - I’m getting married in April and want my nails to look their best! I saw Ashton’s No Polish Manicures recommended on Facebook so thought I’d give it a go and it’s made such a difference to how my nails look, and since the appointment two days ago I’ve managed not to pick my nails - hopefully the beginning of the end of a bad habit!
