Naazia was genuinely lovely and very kind throughout the appointment. Unfortunately, I only wanted a very small trim and the result was far from what I expected. The scissors used did not feel professional and the haircut itself was very poor.
I feel the reviews here don’t fully reflect the reality of the service. I’m sure Naazia has many strengths, but hair cutting may not be her strongest area.

Nazia, was very friendly and punctual, she even accommodated you request to bring the time forwarded a little and she was very knowledgeable.
Having only decided to book at. 5am for 9 am the same day treatment , treat well app was so easy to do.
