Ema is amazing. As a first-timer at N1 and she made me feel completely at home. We discussed what I wanted in depth and the entire experience was tailored to me. Her expertise is clear from the moment you step in the door and from clear explanations throughout the process. I was given lots of advice on my hair type, alongside ways to keep up the condition and style. My long-term hair goals were always taken into account, alongside my immediate need for an amazing cut and colour. Thank you Ema!
