There first time I went for the appointment the salon was closed and no one had called to confirm it had been cancelled. I stood outside messaging the owner as the mobile was unanswered and was informed a mistake had been made. I had to reschedule but that hiccup aside the stylist was very nice. Not the best cut I've had but a good blow dry. All in all fair value for a small local salon, but not what I'm used to.

Friendly staff who did a really good job of transforming my hair! The only thing I would say is that the floorcod have been cleaned. I arrived and there was no one in there so not busy but there was hair all over the floor when I put my bag down

My appointment wasn't with who I expected it to be with and I had to wait around 40 minutes to be seen so that meant I was there in the salon for nearly 3 hours. The hairdresser didn't know what balayage was but he tried his best to do what I showed him. Overall I was happy with the hair colouring and he seemed to know what he was he doing to try and make up for that.
