Cash only payment not clear in advance, strip wax treatment cheap but the upgrade to hot for £10 seemed too high, my waxer was very friendly but general staff not so much and despite friendliness it was definitely not the best wax overall

I was attended by Mimi and she was really gentle in the facials. Although it was for a short time, the massage given was very good as well. Other than that, she explained the procedure very well, the products being used and what to expect of what is being put on your face.
