The 'Dermalogica Deep Cleansing facial with extractions & massage' treatment does NOT include a massage. It should be renamed to "Extractions with a facial scrub and mask" as 85% of the treatment was extractions and the rest was a mask and scrub/cleansing.
The therapist was nice, the salon seemed OK however my skin reacted badly to the deep extractions and is still recovering from the acne scarring and redness which was caused by this (it has been a week). Would not recommend if you have sensitive and (adult) acne prone skin.

Manager is very rude. I had an appointment but she coudn't see it. She kept saying I didn't have one ( I had paid it). Suddenly she found it and didn't even apologised. Also she was telling off the staff in front of customers.
You supposed to be relaxed and getting pampered, not listening to rude people.
Facial was ok, but the room was cold and wet. Beautician was nice at least!

Staff not as welcoming and friendly as other beauty salons I've been to but I was very happy with my pedi, left my feet feeling very smooth and painted my toe nails perfectly.
