Whole experience was fine. Efficient with removal and good choice of colours but not the greatest. Happy with the service and the lady who did them was lovely. Didn't speak much but that was fine as I didn't go for a chat! Price was a bit high for what you get and didn't take long at all and she was careful and thorough. Don't feel my nails are going to be damaged so overall very good :)
