Unfortunately not very impressed with Waxing here....
although Brazilian was... interesting (perfect if you find it painful - it was not at all, done in 3 rounds!):
my skin was irritated for a while after the waxing, in particular arms still red in the evening, eyebrows and upper lips still sensitive after a few days!
Legs: hair is now growing in different directions, double-growth for some hair. Teraphist also forgot a few areas when there, good I double checked
Brazilian: intersting, quick, less painful, but yet I'm seeing double growth of hair. Never happened.
Staff very nice, teraphist very sweet and chatty, bad not to leave a positive review but... this is my experience.
Teraphist not qualified (didn't learnt at school), this I believe is the reason.
I was also overcharged for what not bought through Wahanda. They gave me money back so ok, but I suggest you check your total.
Nail service seems good, worth trying it for that, but I would not recommend the waxing.
I heard about this salon from a friend and I decided to check it out, as they highly recommended it.
I was seen by a Therapist called Chrissy, she made me feel very welcome and non nervous.
She done my treatment excellent the whole time, she was checking on me and kept a conversation with me which I felt helped as it took my mind off from being waxed.
Over all it was brilliant and I would most deferentially be recommending her to all my friends and family.
I have just returned after having a hollywood wax with Chrissy. I went here after reading the good reviews after a previous bad experience at another salon. From the moment I went in she made me feel really comfortable and explained what she was doing and gave me after care which I have never had before. She has a really good sense of humour and good banter. Not to forget that she did a REALLY good job. I will definitely be back.
Great mani and pedicure done by the girls at this spa. Would go back as the spa is clean and my nails look immaculate.
Just had a wax there today for the first time and it was great! The place is very clean and the staff really nice. I would definitely recommend Chrissie, she did and fantastic job and used this amazing chocolate wax which was less painful than anything Ive used before. One of the best deals Ive found in London so far.
