Really nice staff but treatment took a very long time and nail shaping was a bit of an issue even after lots of requests to change. Good value for money though.

Had a relaxing treatment and therapist was lovely and friendly but my treatment was at least 10 minutes shorter than booked. OK if a local.

Nails technician did’t seem to know what she was doing. I asked her for a rounded shape and got squared nails, even if I asked her twice to fix it. Took her 1.5 hours for a gel manicure and it didn’t even look professional.
