Had a full leg and bikini line wax, it was OK but not great. Despite arriving a few minutes late, the treatment still finished 5 min early, so only 20min in total. I think some extra time could have been used to pay more attention to detail. When I got home I had to get out the tweezers as there were some patches of hair remaining. It was also the most painful wax I've ever had - I could feel my skin being tugged on, rather than the cleaner, flatter level wax that tends to be better. This could explain why there were so many hairs left that seem to have been broken a couple of mm above the skin. Will probably have to end up shaving in a few days, which kind of defeats the point.

I really enjoyed coming to this salon, the dog was also a plus! The girls are lovely and the treatment was tip-top! I was very happy!
