Shellac manicure was spot on, she said a great job as always. The facial was ok, quite painful extractions and I seemed to be left with the mask for much longer than normal, but once my face calmed down, it looked fine the following day.

Had a 1 hour Swedish massage, the massage itself was ok although I had to line on plastic sheet on the massage table which wasn't very pleasant. I think the most disappointing thing about the treatment was that the therapist kept checking her phone throughout the treatment. I understand that they need to keep an eye on the time but I don't expect them to read messages whilst doing a treatment.

Didn't have my usual girl do my nails, she's done them lots of times before so she knows what I want and has a really nice way of shaping my nails etc. so when I went and had my nails done by someone different, I just wasn't as happy, I think she filed them down took cub to the point where my fingers still hurt now days later. Maybe if they weren't filed down so much they'd look nicer but now they look a stumpy. Can't wait for them to grow back now!!

I wish I knew the name of the girl who does my nails, I would recommend her, every time she had one my nails they look beautiful and she shapes them so nicely and really takes care, yet she's speedy! When other members of staff have done my nails, they're not a patch on her, think it's ewelina? Anyway, if there was an option to have her so my nails every time then I would.
