We arrived earlier and didn't have to wait. The place is clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Therapists did a great job, also providing us with alternative options to upgrade our package such as deep tissue or hot stone massag. It is actually a great place for a couples massage since not many spa salons in London can accommodate 2 people at the same time.
