I tried N & N Joseph and was very pleased. The staff works very well with you to understand your body and will customise their massage to your needs. It's easy to book appointments with individual therapists on a one-off or recurring basis. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

The customer service could be better. I was sent downstairs by a person and told to wait on a couch, and waited for 15 minutes before speaking with anyone. Additionally, the facilities could be kept in better condition (ex: no toilet paper in the bathroom). The ambience wasn't great, no magazines, just the hum of an A/C. These are all cosmetic things that could be improved. Otherwise, the massage treatment itself was good and helped relax a lot of my muscles that were in pain.

2nd couples visit. We got the same delightful experience, right from the booking, to the welcome, the massage, and the farewell.
Both therapist were friendly, professional and accommodating.
