A lovely moment to share with my partner. We both enjoyed the relaxing treatment and felt very zen afterwards. They use great quality oils (doterra which are great) and the staff made the whole experience feel luxurious. I’d definitely recommend

I must start by saying the massage was not bad. However, one of the masseuses clearly had a cold. It is not nice to get sick after your spa in first place, but the regular subdued snorting to stop the dripping nose was an immediately apparent problem. Asking for a medical record is different from asking for any current discomfort. As a result my overworked joint was in danger of getting that medical record. The masseuses' comprehension was pretty limited and they seemed too shy/unable to ask or talk properly. We asked for an a/c to be turned off but the request was apparently ignored. We then realised that the treatment room is located in the basement with a/c being the only way to keep the air going. The atmosphere left much to be desired. The "candlelit" was 3 small candles, barely noticeable in the electric light. The ambient sound was made of only 2 repeating tracks, which becomes really annoying by the 5th repeat. Under the massage bed I had a view of old wires+equipment rather than flowers or anything pleasant they put in proper places. He reception lady was nice and outgoing, we had some nice tea. But on the way out saw an open high-pitched oral fight between 2 staff members.

This was a lovely massage - my requests to focus on certain areas and stay away from ticklish feet were honoured, and the pressure was perfect.
