Eyebrow threading and tint was amazing, perfect would highly recommend.
Nails took too long, 3 hours nearly and were not the best standard.

Even though she was thorough and made sure everything looked good, she was a little rough and the treatment was painful at times

Visited last evening. A terrible experience.. Firstly, the location on their page is wrong - it's marked right next to Ealing Broadway station however is definitely a 10minute walk to the place, if not more. Furthermore, I was worked on by an inexperienced staff who wasn't even a nail technician but a Salon lady. When I showed the design I wanted, they didn't even know how to do it. I then chose a shade, which they couldn't find. Finally I settled for a shade cause I had to and even that was applied unprofessionally. When the time came to pay, they charge me £30 instead of the £20 that I had the invoice for. Such a ripoff for a completely horrendous service!!!
