Staff was very nice and professional even if the lady did not speak english. Quality of the wax is very poor and it was perfectly done, lots of still here. But still nice person ! Holywood wax was perfect !

The staff was not professional, the wax was from a very poor quality that makes the waxing very painful. However, the venue is quite central and the overall deal is good value.

Claudia's Hair and Beauty at Katrina Center is at the Edgware Road end of Bell Street. The salon is easy to find and was quiet on the Saturday morning when I went in for a conditioning treatment and haircut. The conditioning treatment left my hair very soft and in great condition for about a week. My hairdresser asked what I wanted and also made sure of what I was looking for before she started. The haircut was quick, but well done and I am looking forward to going back for my next haircut.

Best wax I've ever had, I had full leg & hollywood its always going to hurt but it was the least painful out of all my previous waxes and quick.
The lady is lovely and communicates really well.
Had a very good, pain-free underarm wax and Hollywood. Was very pleased with the results. The therapist was extremely nice, a bit quiet ( recently moved from Romania) but was able to communicate. She did a great job and the salon was very clean which is important.
