Simona was available when I arrived and was very amicable. The service was great and I am keen to book another session soon. There could be music while the treatment was done which I highlighted and Simona tried to accommodate that request, however there was a technical issue.
Ladies' Waxing
I came in for a half head of highlights but they advised me to try something else and I loved the result! Finishing colour was much better that I'd expected as the roots blended perfectly and it was healthier for my hair as well! Loved this place and will definitely be coming back.
Hair Colouring
Friendly staff at the venue. I was offered a drink upon my arrival. The beautician who carried out my treatment was lovely and made my experience enjoyable.
Hollywood Waxing
I have not had my waxing done so professionally since I was in Barcelona 12 years ago. Great care was taken to make sure it was as pain free as possible and that I was happy with the end result. I will not be going anywhere else in future, as it has taken so long to find a good beauty therapist.
