Staff was friendly, although its very much a salon-feel as opposed to a spa feel - but was all fine as that was what I was expecting! The hollywood wax itself was okay-good, she said that I had not let the hairs grow long enough so in the end there were still some hairs there which was quite disappointing. She did not try tweasing some of the strays. Result probably would've been better if hot wax was used - which wasn't clear in the wahanda listing. The leg wax was brilliant, didn't hurt and legs felt nice and smooth.

Quick and efficient. They have recently raised their prices for no reason at all - they say its because they are using hot wax but the wax quality is the same just higher prices.

In the beggining when she was washing my hair, it was really nice, she was very gentle and always asked me if i was okay. The staff members askes us if we wanted drinks which was very nice. The lady that did my hair didnt speak alot of english so she didnt get what i was saying most of the time, also, the staff were being very disrespectful by speaking in their own language, it made me feel really uncomfortable and it felt like they were somehow talking about me, my friend also said the same thing. Overall, my experience was alright, but i wouldnt want to go back because of the atmosphere.
