I went for a full leg wax and underarm wax.The venue wasn't too hard to find.I was offered tea or coffee which I thought was nice,not many places offer you anything.I was early for my appointment but I didn't have to wait too long.The therapist was very friendly.The treatment room was nice,bright and clean.I noticed that she used roll on wax for my legs,when I asked her about it she said that it made the treatment quicker,she managed to get most of the hair off which was good.Strip wax was used for my underarms and every single hair was taken off which I was very happy about.She noticed that I had a few ingrown hairs and she applied some ingrown hair solution which I thought was very generous,I've never had a therapist do that for me before.I'll definitely be going back there for more waxing treatments.Happy customer indeed :)

Very convenient location, 5mins walk from the Edgware Rd station; treatment room was well equipped and roomy. Within minutes it was all over and completely pain free ; fantastic, very thorough results. I will definitely be returning!

The beauty salon was clean and neat, although not very sophisticated. I was accompanied to a very small room where the beautician started to work; she was very lovely, chatty and put me at my ease straight away. I cannot complain about the treatment I received: she was careful and did a very good job, considering the fact that the room was far too small. For instance, she had to place my arms and legs in an awkward position, and she herself had to bend quite uncomfortably, owing to the fact that there was not enough space to move the bed around. However, the quality-price relationship was excellent, I would definitely return.

good value for your money! staff was very friendly, and wax was quick, good temperature and clean. venue was easy to find, and although small, enough space. will definetily come back
