For the £25 that I paid for a Hollywood and full leg wax (booking through wahanda, the prices are higher if you book through the salon) I can't really complain. The staff were friendly enough, although not overly welcoming or warm. The salon was clean enough, but the wax room was downstairs and you had to walk through storage and staff kitchen to get there. The wax itself was okay, just make sure you let your hair grow as much as you can before you go otherwise the beautician has no hesitation in letting you know how unhappy short or shaved hair makes her!
First of all, im not usually the person who complains, but i have to do so, when it comes to Claudia´s hair and beauty. Rude welcome, like they dont event want us there. Then they informed me that my mums hair is medium long so i have to pay extra 20 pounds. Oh my word, my mums has very thin, very few and very short hair...i was really not expecting this. But i have paid, it was present for my mum. I left for 2 hours and when i came back, my mum told me that Claudia appologized that she is tired, she has a lot of work, her wedding to plan, etc. So i forgive her a little bit, i can understand that. But that extracharge was ridicolous. Mums hair looks lovely though. So yes for the work she has done with the hair, no for the price, sorry.
Some of the staff members are rude! Overall experience was ok. Had to tell the staff myself to tidy up the skin after they waxed. It wasn't clean in the first go. They do not comply with Wahanda rates at all times.
