Treament was ok, Did leave me wirh slight breakout but cleared after I went back to skin care routine

A therapist started work preparing my feet before another came and took over, turns out they were running behind but this was not explained to me, and her behaviour suggested she was still a trainee. I paid for the premium medi-pedi treatment, all product used were almost empty bottles being squeezed for the last drops. After nearly 2hr (treatment was scheduled for 1hr) the salon manager finally took over the finishing/polish which saved the result and this review from a "terrible" 1* rating.

Beware booking last minute. I booked through treatwell for 1pm, got a call from someone saying they couldn’t do the time I booked, although I was almost there. They said to come back at 2, inconvenient but I accepted. I went back at 2 and I was left waiting for 30 mins. I booked lizzy but she didn’t do the manicure. Manicure was lovely but the overall experience wasn’t relaxing. They stated that treatwell didn’t have their full diary, so were aware this confusion on timings did happen often.
