Beware booking last minute. I booked through treatwell for 1pm, got a call from someone saying they couldn’t do the time I booked, although I was almost there. They said to come back at 2, inconvenient but I accepted. I went back at 2 and I was left waiting for 30 mins. I booked lizzy but she didn’t do the manicure. Manicure was lovely but the overall experience wasn’t relaxing. They stated that treatwell didn’t have their full diary, so were aware this confusion on timings did happen often.

loved the look of my nails however they have chipped after 2 days. I paid £63 for builder gel infills with gel colour which is far more than market rate for them to chip a couple of days after.. premium prices but not a premier service or finish.
