Patch test was thorough and the therapist who did this was friendly. On the day of treatment, my appointment had to be pushed back 15 minutes. The therapist struggled with my lashes and scratched my eye at one point. I was happy with the tint but the lift was not that noticeable, so overall fairly disappointed. I've had better results from previous treatments. LVL treatment took longer than expected (over an hour) BUT, would consider booking in for alternative treatments as the salon is lovely.

The best pedicure i have had in a long time! The lovely ladies made me feel amazing and gave me a lot of tips for home care to keep my feet baby smooth for longer.
From the moment you step into the shop you feel very welcomed. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the shop is clean and tidy and it SMELLS AMAZING. I had my nails done and the girls offer everything from plain colours to designs and make you feel taken care of. The front of the house is very lovely as well and its the only place you can get a free coffee or tea while getting pampered with the outmost care! Highly recommend Nbar Chelmsford.
