I did not have this lady for my treatments. I think her name was Kim who was excellent . Lovely morning spent/ I came 11/5 in the morning
Treatment by Era•Gel Nails Manicure
Patch test was thorough and the therapist who did this was friendly. On the day of treatment, my appointment had to be pushed back 15 minutes. The therapist struggled with my lashes and scratched my eye at one point. I was happy with the tint but the lift was not that noticeable, so overall fairly disappointed. I've had better results from previous treatments. LVL treatment took longer than expected (over an hour) BUT, would consider booking in for alternative treatments as the salon is lovely.

The best pedicure i have had in a long time! The lovely ladies made me feel amazing and gave me a lot of tips for home care to keep my feet baby smooth for longer.
