Greeted with a smile. Was taken straight downstairs as the girl remembered me which I thought was very nice. Massage was probably one of the best I've had. Constantly asked if the pressure was good. Asked if I wanted water before and after massage.

There is no atmosphere here - I didn't see a single other customer. It also took incredibly long and the member of staff who did my treatment spoke no English so I didn't feel I achieved what I wanted because she didn't understand what I asked for. All a bit disappointing.
