As a woman I felt totally safe and relaxed from the minute I stepped in the beautiful work space. Adam was so friendly and made me feel at ease. The room is a total WOW and has a wonderful energy and the Lomi Lomi was the best massage I’ve ever had. Cannot wait to return!
I have had a lot of massages in my life (i am 74) but none like a Lomi Lomi treatment.Adam made me feel completely safe and comfortable to relax into the most soothing, calming and caring experience. Afterwards people commented that I glowed and that’s exactly how I felt. Thoroughly recommend.
I had the opportunity to experience a Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage with Adam from Mystic Tree Healing Bristol during a Feminine Power Retreat organised by Evolve Yourself with Cherene—and it was truly unforgettable.
As someone who usually opts for deep tissue or sports massages due to carrying a lot of tension, I went in with an open mind, unsure how I’d feel about a more flowing, gentle approach. I needn’t have wondered. From the moment I met Adam, he made me feel completely comfortable, safe, and at ease.
The massage itself was deeply calming, relaxing, and rejuvenating. It felt like more than just a physical treatment—it awakened a sense of spiritual and emotional balance too. I experienced a profound feeling of wellbeing, equilibrium, and peace throughout. It was both a joyful and healing experience.
Afterwards, I felt incredibly light, almost as if I were floating. I slept deeply that night and woke the next day feeling rested, restored, and re-energised.

I had a lomi massage with Mystic tree, during the course of a retreat. I have had considerable challenges with touch for many reasons, and as a woman I think naturally have wobbly bits I’m not proud of. Despite my huge reservations, I committed to this healing opportunity and I honestly cannot explain how grateful I am. Before, during and even after, I could not have been more taken care of. My concerns and worries melted away in the space which was held so beautifully and supportively. I was never made to feel self conscious, or to push myself more than I was able. Every touch was carefully and thoughtfully explained, to help me safe and in control in the space, which truly meant so much to me. I left feeling proud of myself and immense gratitude for what was gifted to me in that experience. The presence, kindness and safe masculine energy enabled me to really be present and to eventually relax - which would never have been possible without how thoughtfully curated the experience was for me. I honestly cannot recommend Mystic tree enough, if you have any reservations, I can assure you you will be taken care of fully. Thank you so much again. I will definitely be booking more.
I recently attended a gong bath with Adam from Mystic Tree Healing, held in a beautifully decorated church space that instantly felt calming and special. The whole atmosphere was so thoughtfully created and it really allowed you to drop in and fully relax. It was absolutely stunning. The gong healing itself was incredible, the sound carried you somewhere else entirely. Adam has a real gift, not just in how he plays, but in how he holds the space. You feel safe, supported, and completely at ease.
I’ve also experienced Pellowah and reiki healing with Adam, which genuinely blew me away. His intuition is spot on, and the insights and words he shares land deeply and they stay with you long after the session.
And the Lomi Lomi massage… honestly one of the most relaxing and nourishing treatments I’ve ever had. I felt completely melted into the table and had to practically peel myself up afterwards! Its a massage for the soul.
Adam has such a kind, grounded presence and a natural ability to tune into exactly what’s needed. I can’t recommend him enough if you’re looking for genuine, heart-led healing.
