I was so stressed after a bad lash experience elsewhere, but Holly was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient and gentle, carefully separating and removing the lashes that had been poorly applied by someone else. What could’ve been a painful or upsetting process turned into such a relaxing and calming experience thanks to her care and professionalism.
