The staff were great but the actual manicure was really poor. 4 nails chipped badly the day after after 3 days, these 4 nails peeled straight off in one, so potentially hadn’t been set properly. I called and left two voicemails and emailed twice to try to resolve this as I don’t like writing bad reviews but I received no response at all. Unfortunately as lovely as the staff were at the time, I wouldn’t recommend for a manicure.
