While the staff were reasonably nice and friendly and the salon was clean I'm afraid the haircut I received was just terrible and totally uneven. The stylist also managed to dry my fringe so that it stuck out of my face at a really weird angle (I didn't pay for a blow dry but I think its fair to ask that my hair isn't dried wonky?). I have fine, straight hair so not complicated to cut or dry! Real shame as I was excited to have my first haircut post lockdown.

I'm sorry to say but I didn't not have a good experience at Mysa. Ozlem had cut my hair once before and did an amazing job so I was excited to come back. Another hairdresser cut my hair and it unfortunately did not turn out well. She brushed all my hair to the back, and cut it all from there without checking as she went along. At the end I had to point out to her that it was completely uneven. She neatened it up a bit but it's still uneven. I won't be going back which is a shame as Ozlem is great
