I was unable to get my treatment done and manager refused to reschedule.
Therapist was lovely and tried her best to make up for the loss of money.
But very inconsiderate management. Not a happy customer.

The place looks really lovely and nice, but unfortunately the upper lip wax was not the same. The wax used was probably too hot and the removal was too harsh for my face, now I have burns all over my upper lip and the most superficial layer of my skin has been removed which is extremely painful
