My first visit to this salon was disappointing due to poor execution and a lack of understanding of my desired style. The stylist dismissed the photo I brought and relied only on my description, but then ignored my instructions and cut according to her preference. Friendly woman but didn’t deliver the style I wanted, so I won’t be returning. The privacy screen I asked for was left open at the washbasin side, which could have been an issue if male client came in.
