Irina was wonderful. She asked and listened well to what my sister wanted and very kindly delivered what was asked. She was very kind, warm and my sister felt comfortable with her friendly and easy manner. She really loves her new look and is keen to visit again soon!

Irina was wonderful. She asked and listened well to what I wanted and very kindly suggested what she thought would enhance my overall look that I wished to achieve and I couldn’t have agreed more. She was very kind, professional, warm and friendly. The easy rapport was very comfortable and I’m already looking forward to my next appointment with her! :)

Wonderful staff! Both Irina and Kitti were absolute gems! Their kind and considerate nature was very welcoming and the experience was very easy and comfortable. They were both inquisitive and attentive to what I wanted and equally suggested what I needed and the conversation was great! Really glad I’ve found another great salon on my doorstep! Booked in for a pedicure soon and looking forward to it! :)

I was unable to get my treatment done and manager refused to reschedule.
Therapist was lovely and tried her best to make up for the loss of money.
But very inconsiderate management. Not a happy customer.
