Serena was absolutely lovely and really friendly. made me feel at ease and comfortable straight away. From Under the knees my wax was fine s little hair missed, however the backs of legs on thighs had a bit of trouble with this felt a little sorer I don’t know if the stripes never got pulled fast enough. When home I had a look at the backs of thighs and realised they where red raw and the layer of skin had been taken off…
