I was taken to massage room and instructed to undress and lay on massage table. Then I was left for over 10 minutes waiting. Apparently someone had come in for something or other that had to be done first. I wasn't told about this and just left waiting. The treatment room was quite dirty. The massage itself was of a basic standard. Would not return.
