Serena was so lovely, easy to talk to and professional and the whole process of getting my lash extensions was quick and not uncomfortable at all, as I thought may be the case since I was getting this treatment for the first time. I felt very relaxed and the atmosphere in the salon was really warm and inviting. I love how my lashes have turned out and they are also fantastic value for money, I'll definitely be back!

Nice staff and venue. I’d never used strip wax before so was a bit shocked by the extra pain (and bleeding) and a few tricky areas were missed. But overall, good value for money and good results.
