Has the potential to be a really good massage therapist but there was no communication. Started 15 minutes late with no apology so only had a 30 minutes treatment when I paid for an hour. She kept playing with her phone skipping the music and reading texts. When massaging my arm with one hand (the other had her phone in) my hand was falling off the table and she didn't realise. I didn't have cash on me so had to go out and get some. i suggest reminding customers before they come.
