The salon itself is nice and the staff are pleasant however the eyebrow wax treatment I had was not great at all. The therapist was nice and chatted away but she didn’t test the temperature of the wax on my wrist first or ask me if the temperature was okay for me before putting it on my eyebrows which resulted in a burn below my right eyebrow. At the time I thought the redness was just due to the wax however in the next few days it started to scar and I am still left with a mark 4 weeks later
