This is the first time I've been to this Salon and overall I found all the staff friendly and approachable. Unfortunately, howver, the lash lift has left my lashes over-processed and some are so tightly lifted and clumped together I can't even wear mascara. The technician is now away for a week so I can't go back to have it fixed. There are lots of positive reviews however so it could just be a one off... but sadly I won't use this salon again.
