First lymphatic massage and Aishwarya made me feel comfortable. She’s friendly and solved my problems and gave me exercise and stretches to help with the area

Note it wasn’t Nick who treated me but a last minute change. The actual treatment was fine and very effective.
The reason I’ve scored so low is I felt very uncomfortable at this venue as a woman. It’s not clear which door to go through to arrive but once I was in, no one said anything and I wasn’t greeted but rather shown to a room where I wasn’t asked anything but rather I was just expected to take my clothes off. I think there needs to be a serious look at welcoming and making ppl comfortable
