My first time here and I was a walk in appointment. Joanna introduced herself ( not many do, which I always think is odd as they are going to be very intimate immediately!!), made me a lovely cup.of tea while she prepared the room.. The waxing was exceptional - hot wax but I literally didn't feel a thing and Joanna made sure that I was comfortable throughout. The facial was gorgeous!! So relaxing that I almost fell asleep and my skin looks fab. It's also very hygienic, clean and reasonably priced
