I had a deep tissue massage and the therapist took time to make sure that the pressure was right and made a real effort with the ambience. The location is good however the room is in a basement and it's a bit noisy.

The appointments were running late by 30 minutes and no staff seemed that bothered or apologised. However the massage was really great!
