the wahanda deal was good value for money, and the stylist seemed to really know what he was doing. i was surprised that the salon seemed quite e mpty, but there might have been rooms in the back i didnt see.
It was a great experience. The hairdresser was really lovely (he even gave me a scalp massage that felt FAB) and the VIP room was very comfortable. The actually cut was OK, but not great. My previous cut was by Toni and Guy and was much better, but also about £50 more expensive. It was really nice to be in private to have my hair cut.
I went for a simple trim - was extremely good value for money. Nice private VIP room, and my hairdresser took a long time understanding what I wanted. Extremely good value for money and would definately go again.
I got a wash, cut and blow-dry deal from Wahanda to be redeemed at Earth Hairdressing.
I would definitely pay full price for a haircut at Earth! Adrian was fantastic, listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. My coupon included a treatment, which I didn't get (it wasn't offered to me at the salon and I didn't realise I was supposed to get one until I got home), but the wash/haircut/blowdry was fantastic. I did get to send a couple of hours in the VIP room, although frankly I didn't see the point of it... it was just a room away from the rest of the salon and being in it didn't really add anything to my experience or the quality of the service.
Awful customer service experience! Tried to get an appointment and staff were very unhelpful. Lady over the phone didn't make an effort to accomodate a time which would suit me, and mentioned that I should have called on the first week (when the deal was launched).
Very disappointed! I am trying to get a refund as I would not waste my time and money going somewhere where customers are treated like a number.
